    1-2x/week since week =7 days but we dont have x so the answer is (7-2x)/7 assuming that he meant day by x we get 5/7 but what 5 out of 7 also 🙄 assuming that he meant 5 7th of day we get , 24*5/7 17.142hours a week(🙄 also assuming that he meant weeks)

    Don’t forget to run 65% of your runs in zone 2 with negative splits and the other 35% should be zone 3-4 aerobic work with $400 race shoes on a track with low wind and cool temperatures!

    Always running hard works too. But I think it's better to run slower for motivation, as it's requiering less motivation.

    I have a question, when i run slow.my form is good but when I run 1500 metres to take timing for my PR I tend to land on my heel and break the form..

    I'm currently stuck on 2nd stage of running because on my 2nd week of starting to run i got sick because of lack of sleep & overworked (that was during my finals 😭) for almost a month of rest bcoz of common cold I decided to run again and broOo, i was dying to reach 5km again but i did it anyway 😅
